We've been having a lot of fun with the Kizomba movement reaching our shores after conquering the whole Europe.

Kizomba, originated in Angola some years ago and developed first in the Portuguese speaking countries. It landed in Europe through England and Portugal and has not stopped spreading. It mixes the Zouk dancing (and music) with some Tango moves.

Jean-Pierre Sighe, assisted by Ayessa Smitter Zarzalejo share with you the basic steps of the dance instilled in this area by the wonderful visiting talented instructors: Joao & Mafalda (from Portugal), Yami & St'Effy (from France).

We promise to help you master the basic steps, then quickly get you out of their "square" to move into the smooth exercise of elegant and creative dancing. We nurture MOVEMENT, using the steps only as a tool to accomplish that deeper "circular" goal. This is where the Tango skill is useful. We happily share the knowledge.
