RENEE ALLEN

It feels good to take the time to pause , one more time and acknowledge the progress of a student. We are pleased, to present Renee Allen as our Student of the month for July 2013.

It takes dedication and constance to enjoy the Tango Journey. When the new student comes in and becomes a regular learner in the Beginner's Class (our Technique Class), we, can predict that they will become a Tango dancer. Renee has shown that very dedication, from the first time she set foot in our studio, with no prior Tango experience. It's been a great pleasure to watch and notice her constant progress.

Her own words will attest better her experience when she says: "Tango is:  Always Challenging; Frequently Frustrating; Ultimately Rewarding.
Before I started Tango lessons with Jean-Pierre about 9 months ago I knew Tango was a difficult dance to learn but I had no idea that it would be a such a journey, a journey that would constantly challenge me to forget the craziness of my life and stay 'in the moment' to connect with my partner and assert myself with grace."

Renee is set to enjoy her journey for a long time, with many good surprises, yet to be discovered. Tango is indeed a Journey!
